Black & White to Colour Workshop

Service Description

Learn to work from black and white into colour. We'll warm up with some quick value sketches from black and white images in different mediums . I'll provide a main reference photo for both days of the workshops one figurative and one landscape. We'll be bold in our colour choices whilst being aware of the values. Bring a mix of different mediums but I will be demonstrating main images painted with Gouache and Acryla Gouache for both the Workshops. I'll be painting on a 9x12 piece of paper for both sessions, most likely watercolour paper which isn't very grainy or a heavy cardstock for the sketches. Learn and chat whilst drawing with me for the 2 x 2 hour sessions. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT : All the sessions are recorded and you can access them at you're own leisure.
