Service Description

Let’s paint together! You can be at any level in your Art journey! Let’s make marks and create texture with paint and mixed media. Still Life will be our subject matter. We will play with shapes of forms, paint and paper… sticking and scraping. I'll provide a main reference photo for the workshop and a reference or two to get warmed up with. We will be working a lot from photographs, BUT I want to try not to for the second part while we are painting. We will sketch, remember, plan, position, rearrange and embrace the process. Bring a mix of different mediums this will be a truly fun mixed media Workshop. I'll be painting on a 9x12 or a 12 x 12 piece of paper ,most likely hot press watercolour paper which isn't grainy . I’ll also have heavy cardstock for the sketches. Learn and chat whilst drawing and painting with me for the 2 hour session.. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT : All the sessions are recorded and you can access them at your own leisure.
