Service Description
Let’s learn together! You can be at any level in your Art journey! I’m going to teach you how to choose a reference photo from your camera roll We'll work from a few reference photos. I’ll show you what I look for, how I edit, and what I change from photo to sketch. It will be like a crash course in how work with reference photos. We WILL paint from the photo chosen in the second part of the workshop. Watch how I would tackle proportions ,adding alternative colours to what the photo holds and adding details. Bring a mix of different mediums but I will be demonstrating main images painted with mixed media for the Workshop. I'll be drawing and painting on a 9x12 or a 12 x 12 piece of paper ,most likely hot press watercolour paper which isn't grainy . I’ll also have heavy cardstock for the sketches. Learn and chat whilst drawing and painting with me for the 2 hour session.. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT : All the sessions are recorded and you can access them at your own leisure.
