SEEING in SHAPES 2 - 4 WEEK Course

My New course “SEEING in SHAPES 2” is a class is for ANY skill Level. Do you want to take Art classes but feel like you WANT TO LEARN EVERYTHING ? This is the course for you! There will be the basics of seeing composition and making decisions. You’ll learn to simplify ,see differently and we’ll add patterns and textures. Join me in my 4 week SEEING in SHAPES 2 course. We'll meet on Tuesdays & Wednesdays on Zoom for 2 hours, 10am -12 pm edt, or you can watch the replay. On Saturday there is a morning drop in between 10am est - 11.30am est . This will be for Review & Completion of your weekly work. I'll go over the fundamental elements to help you gain more confidence in your Art Journey, and to tackle any scene whilst out painting & sketching. You may be a complete beginner or have done Art all your life. Come and learn something new, & spend time with me in your studio/art space/kitchen table for 5.5 hours a week. We'll cover : 1. Composition 2. Value studies 3. Colour 4. Still Life 5. Urbanscapes 6. Landscapes 7. Pattern 8. Interiors WK 1 - Still Life - Values, Shapes & Colour WK2 - Florals - A loose approach to colour & mixed media. WK 3 - Interiors - Simplifying a room & adding people. WK 4 - Urbanscapes & Landscapes - Seeing and simplifying. I'll teach you how to see things differently and make your weekly lessons fun and enjoyable. Materials needed : Sketchbook Watercolour or mixed media paper. Pencil, eraser, dry mediums such as pastels, pencil crayons, markers. Wet mediums such as watercolour and or gouache or acrylics. (YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE ALL THE ART MEDIUMS, as long as you have one of the above wet & dry.) 🌟I will email you with the reference images for our classes, & extra ones to work on throughout the week, we'll have a group on IG (blueshineart) chat where you can share your work and ask questions throughout the week. You can join LIVE or if the time doesn't work for you , you will receive the recording and you can take it in your own time.
